The first 3,000 New Customers who send a minimum $150 USD-funded transaction through the Xoom mobile app or Xoom.com from the United States to a debit card in Jamaica can receive $10 off your qualifying transaction (the “Offer”).

The Offer starts on September 11, 2026, at 12:00:00 a.m. PT and ends December 31, 2026, at 11:59:59 p.m. PT (the “Offer Period”).

Eligible transactions must be debit card transactions to Jamaica only and have a minimum send amount of $150 USD. Bill pay and mobile reload transactions are not eligible.

Eligible participants must be legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and must have a Xoom account in good standing or create a new Xoom account during the Offer Period (each, a “Valid Account”). New customers include customers who have an account but have never sent a transaction using Xoom. There is a maximum of 3,000 offers available under this offer. There is a maximum of one (1) Offer per Valid Account.

The Offer is non-transferable. Xoom may cancel, suspend, or modify the Offer or these Terms and Conditions at any time, in its sole discretion and without prior notice.

Transactions completed in a currency other than USD may be subject to a transaction exchange rate, which includes a currency conversion spread.
