Send a USD-funded transaction through the Xoom mobile app or Xoom.com from the United States to Mexico for cash pickup at Elektra and receive $15 off your qualifying transaction (the “Offer”).

The Offer is available from May 1, 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. PDT through July 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. PDT (the “Offer Period”).

Eligible transactions must be cash pickup transactions to Elektra only and have a minimum send amount of $200 USD. There is no maximum send amount required for eligibility. Bill pay and mobile reload transactions are not eligible.

The Offer is available only to the first 3,000 eligible new customers who complete a qualifying transaction during the Offer Period. Eligible participants must be legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and must have a Xoom account in good standing or open a new Xoom account during the Offer Period (each, a “Valid Account”). New users are users who have never sent a transaction using Xoom.

The Offer applies to the first qualifying transaction only and is limited to one (1) Offer per Valid Account. Total promotional funding is limited to $50,000.

The Offer is non-transferable and may not be combined with any other promotion or offer. New customers who redeem this Offer are not eligible for the new-user FX fee promotion. Customers may receive only one promotional offer.

Xoom may cancel, suspend, or modify the Offer or these Terms and Conditions at any time, in its sole discretion and without prior notice.

Transactions completed in a currency other than USD may be subject to a transaction exchange rate, which includes a currency conversion spread.
