Offer begins on August 25, 2022, at 12:00:00 a.m. PT and ends on December 31, 2022, at 11:59:59 p.m. PT (“Offer Period”). Use the Xoom service through the Xoom mobile app or Xoom.com to send an international or domestic transfer between $10 and $1000 USD and we will waive the Xoom transaction fee, and apply a promotional foreign exchange rate, as applicable, for eligible users (“Offer”). For users new to Xoom, the waived Xoom transaction fee and promotional exchange rate is valid only on their first Xoom transaction made during the Offer Period. Existing Xoom users who receive the Offer via email from Xoom or view a Xoom banner inviting participation are eligible for the Offer on their next transaction on the Xoom service through the Xoom mobile app or Xoom.com made during the Offer Period.
The Offer is not transferable, and mobile reload transactions are not eligible. Only residents of the 50 United States or D.C. who have a Xoom account in good standing or create a new Xoom account during the Offer Period are eligible.
Xoom may cancel, suspend, or modify the offer or these terms at any time, in its sole discretion and without prior notice. Transactions that are not completed in USD may be subject to a transaction exchange rate, which includes a currency conversion spread.
