Sending money for cash pickup is not an option available for this offer. Offer availability will be presented in the send money flow (Xoom.com or mobile app). Offer availability varies by country and is subject to change at any time.

The Offer is not transferable. Bill pay transactions and mobile reload transactions are not eligible. Only residents of the 50 United States or D.C. who have a Xoom account in good standing but have not transacted with us within the last 90 days or create a new Xoom account after the Offer begins are eligible.

Max one Offer per Valid Account. In cases where a user has a pre-existing active discount applied on their account (received via separate communication) then this Offer will not apply. Promotional offers may not be combined or stacked unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Xoom may cancel, suspend, or modify the Offer or these terms at any time, in its sole discretion and without prior notice. Transactions completed in non-domestic currency are subject to a transaction exchange rate, which includes a currency conversion spread.
