Use the Xoom service through the Xoom mobile app or Xoom.com to send a transfer to India, China, Philippines, United Kingdom or Vietnam and receive a promotional first time rate on your initial transfer (cash pickup excluded) (“Offer”). Offer begins on February 14, 2026, at 17:00:00 p.m. AEDT (“Offer Period”).

The Offer is not transferable. Bill pay transactions and mobile reload transactions are not eligible. Only residents of Australia who have a Xoom account in good standing and have not transacted with us within the last 12 months or create a new Xoom account after the Offer begins are eligible.

Limit one Offer per valid account. If a customer has an active discount or promotion already applied to their Xoom account (including one received through a separate communication), this Offer will not apply. Promotional offers cannot be combined or stacked unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Xoom may cancel, suspend, or modify the Offer or these terms at any time, in its sole discretion and without prior notice. Xoom may make money based on the difference between the exchange rate at which we buy foreign currency and the exchange rate we provide to you.
