How to send more

To increase your sending limits and reach Level 3, send the following information from the email address associated with your Xoom account to

  1. Copy of your passport
  2. Copy of your latest pay stub
  3. Copy of your latest bank statement (from an account that's registered with Xoom)
  4. Provide the following information:
  • Relationship with your intended recipient
  • Purpose of your money transfer
  • Whether you are sending money on behalf of another person or organization
  • Whether you or anyone in your household has another Xoom account
  • Your annual household income

When to expect our response

After receiving all the required information for review, we'll email you our decision within 24 hours.
