Here are some basic troubleshooting tips if you are having difficulty signing in to your Xoom account. If you are still encountering problems, please contact Xoom Customer Service.

- Your browser should be Internet Explorer (IE8 or higher), Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, or Apple Safari
- Clear your browser’s cookies.
- If you are running firewall software such as Zone Alarm or Norton Internet Security, please put Xoom's website (www.xoom.com) in the trusted list.
