What if I am having problems signing in to my Xoom account?

Here are some basic troubleshooting tips if you are having difficulty signing in to your Xoom account. If you are still encountering problems, please contact  Xoom Customer Service.
  • Your browser should be set to accept cookies
  • Your browser should be JavaScript enabled
  • Your browser should be Internet Explorer 8, Mozilla Firefox 3.5, Google Chrome, or Apple Safari
  • Clear your browser’s cookies. To learn how to clear your cookies go to: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/278835/EN-US/
  • If you are running firewall software such as Zone Alarm or Norton Internet Security, please put Xoom's website (www.xoom.com) in the trusted list.
