How does Xoom Bill Pay work?

Xoom Bill Pay lets you pay utility bills in Mexico, Colombia, the Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, Costa Rica, Vietnam, and the Philippines. You just need a U.S. payment source (bank account, credit card, or debit card).

How to pay a bill
Simply create a Xoom account (if you don’t already have one). If you have a Xoom account, just log in and select the Bill Pay tab. Then:

  • Select the type of bill you’d like to pay (electricity, cable, phone, etc.)
  • Select the company you’re paying
  • Enter the account number — we’ll show you the amount due
  • Enter your payment info (checking account, credit card, or debit card)
  • Confirm your payment

Bills are paid instantly, except for:

  • PLDT bills in the Philippines and Telmex bills in Mexico – payment takes two business days (Please check the barcode to make sure you pay the bill on time.)

How much it costs
