How do I schedule a money transfer?

Don’t worry about remembering to send money.  Xoom offers a variety of
scheduling options to meet your money transfer needs. You can schedule money
transfers for future dates and set up recurring money transfers.

It’s easy to use, there is no extra fee, and you can cancel a money transfer up
until the scheduled date of the transfer. Here’s how it works:

  1. Select “Schedule” from your My Account page for any existing recipient or when you start your money transfer.
  2. Specify the frequency and date for your money transfer.
  3. Review the schedule and authorize your money transfer. You may cancel this schedule before the day of the money transfer.


Your payment source will not be charged until the day of the transfer.  If you
send local currency, the exact receiving amount will be calculated based on the
exchange rate at the time of money transfer.
