How do I change my Xoom password?

To change your Xoom password, first log in to your Xoom account using the current password. Then, go to ‘My Account’ and click ‘Password’ under the ‘My Profile’ section. Enter your current password and then create a new password.

Your new password must:

  • Use 10 or more characters (case-sensitive). Longer passwords are more secure.
  • Use no more than 2 repeating characters
  • Be different from your Xoom email address
