How do I cancel a transaction funded with a Credit Card or Debit Card?

Visit the Track my transaction page and select the “cancel” option.  If this link is not available to you, call Customer Service at (877) 815-1531 (toll free) or +1 (415) 395-4225.

If it has been less than 30 minutes since you authorized your transfer, we will refund you within 3 business days of your cancel request if your transfer has not already been picked up, deposited or delivered to your recipient.

If it has been 30 or more minutes since you authorized your transfer, we will need to confirm that your transfer has not already been processed by our partner for pick up, deposit or delivery to your recipient.
  • If the transaction can be cancelled, we will refund you within 3 business days.
  • If the transaction cannot be cancelled, you will receive an email indicating that the transaction was completed.
